This was Clio’s second acquisition, after its 2018 acquisition of Lexicata , which it developed into its CRM platform Clio Grow. Yesterday, I discussed the acquisition with Jack Newton , cofounder and CEO of Clio, and Scott Davis , founder and CEO of CalendarRules, who joins Clio as general manager of CalendarRules.
