Breaking: Managed Services Company Integreon Acquired By Private Equity Firm EagleTree Capital

The global managed services company Integreon has been acquired by the private equity firm EagleTree Capital, the two companies announced this morning. EagleTree, a middle-market PE firm based in New York, acquired Integreon from the PE firm NewQuest Capital Partners. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. EagleTree also owns ALM, the media company that is parent to Law.com, The American Lawyer, and other publications and services.
