PowerPoint Tips for the Courtroom (Originally published on ABA Law Technology Today ) Since everyone has a different level of comfort and experience with something used as infrequently as PowerPoint, the objective for this list is to approach the topic from several different perspectives, in hopes that each reader might find at least two or three helpful tips.
Electronic Discovery – Culling Simply defined, “culling” means creating a subset of documents from a larger dataset. Typically, the most common usage, within the electronic discovery workflow, for “culling” to take place, is after we have collected a bunch of data and before we begin a document review. The goal is to reduce the volume of documents we need to review for production, aka the document review stage.
