Here’s a twist. The plaintiff in this case, Jonathan Affleck, was the plaintiff in Martillo v. Twitter , but he sued then under a nom de plume. The court issues him a chastising warning against using unauthorized pseudonyms. In this case, Affleck posted 38 comments on Harvard Crimson articles, using 2 different names (not specified by the court).

Aabshar Ghassi | U. Pittsburgh School of Law, US A Louisiana grand jury on Friday indicted a New York doctor for enabling the termination of a minors pregnancy by prescribing an abortion bill. The grand jury also indicted the minors mother, though the mothers name has not been released to protect the minors identity. Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill supported the indictment, stating: It is illegal to send abortion pills into this State and its illegal to coerce another into having an abort
