I’m pleased to announce the 2023 edition (14th edition) of my Internet Law casebook, Internet Law: Cases & Materials. I replaced the Step Two and Hemi cases on personal jurisdiction with a recent 9th Circuit case, Herbal Brands v. However, I’m skeptical that the Reno case predicts future SCOTUS cases.
