I hope all of these assumptions will be true in 2035, but there are no guarantees. I assume Section 230 will be long-gone by then, so every lawsuit over UGC will become a protracted First Amendment lawsuit. I’ll blog those cases, and that litigation genre could still be going strong in 2035.
