The enforcement of vulnerability reporting requirements under the CRA will apply from 11 September 2026 and the main obligations introduced by the CRA will apply from 11 December 2027, including the requirements for security updates and vulnerability management. Businesses that fail to comply can be fined up to 2.5% of global turnover.
