Around the same time, MyCase acquired Woodpecker , which provides legaldocumentautomation software for solo and small law firms. Woodpecker, based in Boston and founded in 2017, provides AI-enabled legaldocumentautomation software. Cofounder Darren Fancher was previously CEO.
