Harvard professor Jonathan Zittrain and l were sitting down with Daniel Lewis and Nik Reed , the founders of a legal research startup named Ravel Law, along with lawyers from Harvard’s Office of General Counsel, Debevoise & Plimpton and Gundersen Dettmer. I had the privilege to lead this work at Harvard for almost eight years.

And I hope that other things that rely on systemic knowledge that don't generate value beyond navigating inefficient systems like filling in complex court forms will also become simpler. I certainly see opportunities for lawyers and others in the legal system in the future, but business models will and, honestly, should change.
