Aderant has its own rules-based calendaring product, CompuLaw, which it acquired in 2011, and which originally was introduced to the legal market some 40 years ago.

Earlier this year, Citrix, the company that has owned ShareFile since acquiring it in 2011, was itself acquired by the private equity firms Vista Equity Partners and Evergreen Coast Capital.
